Apostille processing for U.S. and Mexican documents used in real estate closings, powers of attorney, and corporate filings across the border.
An apostille certifies that a document is legally recognized outside the country where it was issued. For cross-border real estate transactions, this usually comes up with powers of attorney, corporate records, and personal certificates like birth or marriage certificates.
We handle both directions. U.S. documents get apostilled through the correct U.S. authority. Mexican documents go through the corresponding Mexican government office. You send us the document, we take it from there.
Foreign buyers signing a power of attorney before closing, sellers who need a Mexican document apostilled for use in the U.S. or Canada, corporate documents required for a Mexican transaction: we've processed all of these.
